Cheesy Garlic Bread Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 –4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 –2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a small saucepan on medium heat add 1 tablespoon olive oil and sauté the minced garlic and minced shallot for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer or medium sized bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic and shallot mixture, pepper, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning blend. Stir/mix until everything is well combined and evenly mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture into your prepared 9×5 baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
